Likeness Removal & Content Deletion
Current status
Public likeness features are not open yet. No one can submit a person's likeness through this site today. This page explains, in advance, how a removal or deletion request is handled so the process exists before those features open.
Authorized likenesses only
Only an authorized likeness may be submitted or used — your own, or one you hold documented permission to use. Submitting or using someone else's likeness without their authorization is not permitted.
How to make a request
Write to contact@aiwealthteam.com with the subject line Likeness removal request, and include:
- Your name and a contact email address we can reply to.
- A URL or screenshot that identifies the content in question.
- Whether you are requesting takedown, deletion, correction, or an access review.
- A brief explanation of your relationship to the likeness.
We may need to verify your identity or your authority to act before we can proceed. Please do not email government ID or other sensitive identity documents unless we provide a secure method for sending them. We do not collect identity documents through a web form on this site.
How a request is reviewed
We acknowledge the request, verify identity or authority where needed, locate the affected content, and restrict active use of that content while the review is underway when that is appropriate. We then remove, correct or delete the applicable active content and confirm the outcome with you.
We do not promise a fixed response time, and we cannot claim that every copy — including routine backups — disappears the moment a request is made. Limited records may be retained where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or to document the request itself.
Scope of this process
This process is not a way to remove lawful content you do not control simply because you dislike it. Rights and authorization are reviewed as part of every request, and requests that fall outside them may be declined with an explanation.
